Baby shower photos: how to make a shared gallery
A baby shower is intimate — often fewer guests than a wedding but with more emotional moments to preserve. A shared gallery lets you see every guest's photos in one place, including the perspectives you missed.
Why you need a shared gallery for a baby shower
Baby-shower photography is scattered — 10–20 guests, each on their own phone. Without a shared gallery you only get the photos guests send you later — in practice less than half.
How to set up the gallery
The Guestcam flow:
- 1. Create a gallery with the baby's name (e.g. “For little Zoe”).
- 2. Download the QR code as a PDF.
- 3. Place the cards on central tables.
- 4. Guests scan and send photos plus short messages.
Ideas for the baby-shower gallery
Creative uses that add meaning:
- Video wishes — every guest sends a short message to the baby.
- “Guess the bump size” photos — with a tape measure.
- Gift photos from different angles.
- Group photo at the end, projected for everyone.
What to do with the photos afterwards
After the event you download everything as a ZIP. From the selection you can print a small book to give the child at birth — a record of the hours before, when everyone was just waiting.
